The hundred years old presence of the group in the metal trade and 50 years into manufacturing has marked out its outstanding capabilities and commitments for the future. Mittal Udyog Indore Pvt. Ltd. and Mittal Udoyog are the two companies of Mittal Group which are involved in manufacturing of Circle & Cookware for both domestic as well as international markets. Set up in 1974, Mittal Udyog is one of the very few fully integrated aluminum cookware manufacturers in the country. Over four decades of success and growth has positioned it as the largest manufacturer of cookware in India. Its products are offered through the length & breadth of the country through a large & time tested network, under the brand ‘BULBUL’ have now become a common house hold name.

Mr. Gopaldas Mittal, regarded as one of the key figures in Indian metal industries, has envisaged the structure of the group and ventured into manufacturing. A great patriot, he has always advocated self sufficiency and so greatly emphasized on production. He belongs to an era where all his aspirations were surrounded by scores of difficulties but his will to grow and prosper allowed his dreams to prevail. His philosophies have inspired all generations of the Mittal family and thus his quest for excellence, growth and expansion can be sensed in company’s every endeavor.

The Company later also diversified into manufacturing of Copper Alloys Coils, Strips and Coin blanks under the dynamic leadership of late Mr. Anil Kumar Mittal. With his guidance and vision the group grew several folds in the fields of Aluminum Cookware’s, Cooper alloy Coils and Coins, Finance, Investment and Real Estate Development. To recognize his outstanding achievements he was awarded with the prestigious “Udyog Ratna” by the Government of India.

Now the legacy of the group is being carried forward by the young and energetic Managing Director Mr. Arpit Mittal.
